David Birnbaum grew up in Brooklyn. At age 19 he ended up in a wheelchair due to an auto accident in Park Slope,
Brooklyn - but that never slowed down his life or sense of humor.
His humor essays have been in the NY Times Magazine, NY Press, and college textbooks.
David has been doing standup since 2003 at most of the popular clubs in Manhattan,
Brooklyn, NJ, Long Island & Tampa, FL.
By day, he directs creative
& technical teams that develop corporate training, web portals, internet & intranet sites and eLearning. David has worked
at:
NYU Biofeedback Labs, Bell Laboratories AI Research, AT&T Graphic Systems,
Lucent eCommerce, AT&T Online Learning, DiversityInc.com and other companies.
